Kids & Cops Camp provides nearly 100 local children ages 9-12 with the opportunity to learn about law enforcement and teamwork, form friendships, and have a positive experience. Since its implementation in 2001, the camp has been a great success.
During the weeklong camp, children will participate in our annual kickball tournament, law enforcement demonstrations, competitions, and a community service project to learn the importance of giving back to the community.

The Kids & Cops Camp registration fee is $45.00. Please make checks payable to the Winchester/Frederick County Law Enforcement Foundation and write "Kids & Cops Camp" on the for/memo line.
During active application periods, paper applications will be accepted at the Records window on the first floor of the Timbrook Public Safety Center. The camp is limited to 60 applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
At the beginning and end of each camp day, pickup and drop-off will take place at the Rotary Shelter in Jim Barnett Park unless otherwise stated by Camp officials.
