Three Separate Investigations Lead to Arrests for Child Pornography

The Winchester Police Department has arrested three individuals following separate investigations involving child pornography.

David A. Rivera Aguilar, 34, of Winchester, Va was arrested for 15 counts of 18.2-374.1:1(B) Possession of Child Pornography. Aguilar was taken into custody on August 21st, 2024.

 

 

 

 

Bautista.png

 

Ernesto Ramires-Bautista, 28, of Winchester, Va, was arrested on one count of 18.2-374.1:1 Possession of Child Pornography and two counts of 18.2-374.1:1 Distribution of Child Pornography. Ramires-Bautista was already in jail for prior charges.

Jason Everetts, 22, of Winchester, Va, was arrested for 26 counts of VA code section 18.2-374.1:1 – possession, reproduction, distribution, solicitation, and facilitation of child pornography.Everetts was arrested on August 22nd, 2024.
