Anthony Joseph Allevato, 33, was arrested by Winchester Police for 38 counts of Possession of Child Pornography (VA code 18.2-374.1:1). He was arrested yesterday, October 16, 2024.
Bradley Ellis Foster, 55, was also arrested yesterday for 6 counts of Possession of Child Pornography (VA code18.2-374.1:1).
