Valor Drive Shots Fired Leads to Arrest

On September 16, 2024, at approximately 12:01 p.m., officers responded to a firearm brandishing in the area of Hope Dr and Valor Dr. A gunshot was heard in a parking lot, but no injuries or property damage occurred in this incident.

After a thorough investigation, the Winchester Criminal Investigation Division obtained warrants for and arrested Mohammed Q Gubari for brandishing a firearm (18.2-282), reckless handling of a firearm (18.2-56.1), and carrying a concealed weapon (18.2-308). They also arrested Jomaxy Alexander Paulino for brandishing a firearm (18.2-282) and reckless handling of a firearm (18.2-56.1). Both males were taken into custody the evening of September 17, 2024.
