Metered parking tickets are issued by the Winchester Parking Authority. The Winchester Police Department will issue parking tickets for violations related to improper parking or invalid state inspections.
All tickets can be paid online, at the drop boxes located in each of the downtown garages, or in person/by mail at the Timbrook Public Safety Center. If you’d like to pay by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card, please call 540-545-4705.
