Incident with Suicidal Male in Parking Garage Ends Peacefully

Winchester Police responded to the George Washington Autopark located at 131 North Kent Street just after 11 a.m. for a suicidal male. A 55-year-old male from Winchester was on the fifth floor of the parking garage and was threatening suicide.
